Policy Overview
All firearms and ammunition sold through our store are available for in-store pickup only. We do not ship firearms or ammunition directly to consumers. Every firearm transfer will be processed through our licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with all federal laws, as well as applicable Idaho regulations.

Customer Requirements in Idaho

  • Buyers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, or long guns (per federal law).

  • Buyers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at pickup. An Idaho driver’s license or state-issued ID is acceptable.

  • All firearm purchases require the completion of ATF Form 4473 and a federal NICS background check, unless exempt (e.g., Idaho concealed weapons license holders are recognized under federal law for NICS exemption).

  • Ammunition purchases require proof of age (18+ for rifle/shotgun ammo, 21+ for handgun ammo).

  • There are no state-imposed waiting periods or permits for firearm purchases in Idaho; federal law still applies.

Business Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any firearm or ammunition transfer if:

    • The purchaser fails the background check.

    • The purchaser cannot provide valid identification.

    • There is reason to believe the purchase would violate federal law or is otherwise unlawful.

  • Memberships, deposits, and firearm sales are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for the purchaser’s compliance with Idaho’s carry laws or for how firearms/ammunition are stored, transported, or used after transfer.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • By initiating a firearm or ammunition purchase with our store, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

    • Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous and must always be handled responsibly.

    • The buyer understands that Idaho law allows law-abiding citizens 18+ to possess firearms, but federal law still prohibits certain individuals (e.g., felons, domestic violence convictions, unlawful drug users, etc.).

    • Our business is not liable for misuse, negligent handling, or unlawful possession once a firearm or ammunition has been transferred.

    • All sales are final once the transfer is approved and completed.
